Our Founder and CEO Elena Menacho is a Massage Therapist and Body Sculpting Specialist. Graduated as a massage therapist from NVSTM in 2013, and specialized in body sculpting in Orlando, Florida. Elena started Essential by Elena in 2020, after spending several years working for prestigious and well-known clubs and spas throughout the DC area. Elena has a lot of experience on different massage modalities and learned the latest techniques on body sculpting treatments. Elena wants to create a comfortable and relaxing environment for all her clients, helping them feel and look good not only physically, but emotionally and mentally as well. At Essential by Elena, we have a wide variety of treatments such as relaxing massage, deep tissue, hot stone, post op, lymphatic massage, and non invasive treatments to sculpt your body the way YOU want it.

Natural cosmetics
All our treatments are managed by natural cosmetics such as orange oil, coffee scrub infused with collagen & stem cell, thermo-active & reaffirming gel, menthol, green tea, seaweed focus algae and more.
Personalized Treatment
We design a package according to each individual customer's needs, creating a plan between 6 or 10 sessions in order to get better results, either in Body Sculpting or relaxation therapy.
